As a licensed naturopathic physician, I am providing you individualized, dedicated care with a unique, membership direct primary care model. The membership model allows me to give you a personalized clinical experience while offering comprehensive medical care. It will be important that you have options for urgent care visits & immunizations, such that our time and work together can be focused on your long-term health. My goal is to provide attentive integrative care for you and your family, the flexibility of both in-person and virtual visits, the sustainable continuity that is critical for great outcomes, and to include exclusive member pricing for lab testing, supplements, and products alongside supportive provider communication and education to support your care.

Communication Guidelines for Members & Patients

I want to offer some guidelines for connecting with me in this model of care to make our communication more clear and positive.

  • Patients will have access to me via email messaging and phone number that I provide
  • These messages or calls are intended to be for clarification, resources, or minor adjustments to a current plan
  • Concerns or needs that require more detailed, additional, or new management and/or treatment plan will need to happen in a scheduled Follow-Up or Acute/Brief visit
  • Given my practice model and as a solo provider, I am not able to be on call or available 24/7 so non-urgent messages will be returned the next business day
  • Urgent medical needs that arise after hours will likely need to be managed at an Urgent Care or the Emergency Department
